01. We accept the following credit card payment methods:

We use PayPal as the payment method, and PayPal supports American Express, MasterCard, Discover Network and Visa.

Customers with a US billing address will not be charged until the order is processed for shipping.

02. How to pay?

You can proceed with the payment in the following order:

Shopping Cart → Checkout → Order Complete

The PayPal payment process is as follows:

(1) Add your favorite skateboard bags to the shopping cart, then click the shopping cart icon after making your selections.

(2) Review the information of the skateboard bags in your cart and click the Checkout button.

(3) Fill in your personal information, including name, company name (optional), shipping address (street, city, state, zip code), phone number, email, and remarks (optional).

(4) Review the order information, including product names, quantities, shipping details, and the total price.

(5) Make the payment using PayPal. Click on the PayPal option, read and check the website’s terms and conditions, then click the PayPal link at the bottom to be redirected to the login page. After entering your information, you can proceed with the payment.

03. Credit card payment declined?

There are several reasons why:

(1) The transaction amount exceeds the available credit limit of the account.

(2) The card on file has been renewed or voided and is no longer valid.

(3) Credit card account number contains more than 16 digits.

Please contact your bank and ask them to cancel the credit card authorization or find out why they declined the charge.

If you believe any of the issues above are preventing your order from being completed, please contact your bank for further clarification and instructions.

04. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your return order has been processed, the refund amount will be credited back to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
