01. Return Requirements

The skateboard bag is valid for returns within 14 natural days of receipt, and you can get full refund.

Your skateboard bag must be returned in its original packaging. There should be no scratches, stains, water damage, or other damage to the surface of the skateboard bag or the interior of the package. Accessories in the package, such as user manuals, warranty cards, spare zipper pulls, etc., must not be lost or exchanged. Returns must include a return label.

The return label is located inside the box of the skate bag. When returning your skateboard brush bag, please fill in your order number and specific reason for return on the return label we provide and include it in the return packaging. This ensures that you can receive a full refund once we successfully receive your returned skate bag.

03. Return Process

(1) Once you apply for a return, we will deal with the return order for you within 1-2 business days.

(4) Once the returned skateboard bag has arrived at Fubazaar.com’s warehouse, the return process will be started.

04. Return Shipping Fees Bearer

If the skateboard bag we sent is stained, deformed, scratched, or shows signs of abrasion, the return freight will be covered by Fubazaar.com.

If the customer dislikes the feel, color, workmanship, style, or shape of the skateboard bag, the return freight will be the responsibility of the consumer.

05. Refund Time

The full refund amount will be credited back to your payment account within 1-2 business days.

Kindly be advised that if your order includes shipping fees, the complete refund will encompass the shipping fees. Conversely, if your order amount excludes shipping fees, the full refund will not incorporate shipping fees.

06. Exchange Requirements

The skateboard bag is valid for exchanges within 14 natural days of receipt, and you can get new same style skateboard bag.

If the skateboard bag you received has the following conditions and you want to replace it, you can apply for a replacement skateboard bagof the same style:

If we shipped the wrong skateboard bag and you wanted the other style.

If the skateboard bag we send is damaged, stained, scratched or unable to be used due to manufacturing or transportation, resulting in poor usability or inability to use it.

If the skateboard bag we send lacks the corresponding accessories, such as return label, spare zipper pull, etc.

07. Apply for Exchange Method

Once you have shipped your skateboard bag, please email your original order number, new tracking number, and courier name to [email protected].

Once the skateboard bag slated for replacement safely reaches Fubazaar.com’s warehouse, a brand new skateboard bag will be dispatched to you within 2 business days. The shipping time is 3-5 business days, so it will arrive within 7 business days. Simultaneously, an email containing the corresponding shipping tracking number will be sent for your order tracking convenience.

09. Excahnge Shipping Fees Bearer

If the skateboard bag you receive from Fubazaar.com is scratched, water-stained, or of the wrong style, we will bear the expense of the exchange shipping cost.

However, if the consumer wishes to replace the skateboard bag due to personal preferences, such as the material or style, the consumer will be responsible for the exchange shipping costs.
